In any given
work situation, the following conditions are crucial for successful offshoring
of the work. The customer side have to provide well organized managerial
support to their work offshored. It is also desired that the work must be
supported with constant correspondence with the responsible departments inside
a customer’s organization and with a service provider. The management of the
offshored work with a service supplier must be properly organized as well in
order to have complete mutual understanding. Furthermore, a customer and a
supplier have to be ready for dynamic flow of their business, accepting needed
changes whenever they happen in a given work.
