offshoring to two large branches, being the Business Process Offshoring (BPO)
and the Information Technology Offshoring (ITO). Business process offshoring
is, in its turn, categorized to call center offshoring, human resource
offshoring (HRO), accounting and finance, and offshoring for claims operations.
If the whole work is offshored as explained
above, it is possible to increase turnover of a contract to millions and billions
of US dollars. There is a possibility to convey workers and staff of a customer
to a supplier. For example, HP, IBM, EDS, Accenture and other companies are
very experienced already in service provision in the offshore business.
